About the book
An engineer designs a machine to be as perfect as possible. With that same outlook — plus fine observation, sensitivity and creativity — Bhatambrekar finds the uncommon in common things. Tea, umbrellas, chairs, mosquitoes, eating out, housework: the everyday gets a gentle, witty going-over, with line drawings by the author.
Narayan D. Kudlikar, Superintending Engineer (Retd.)
